Ægir Brewery
Ægir is our own brewery and was awarded "Brewpub of the Year" three years in a row! We give you an introduction to the art of brewing and arrange beer tasting for groups. Visit the brewery built in Viking style with dragon heads and a 9 meter high fireplace from floor to ceiling. Our culinary philosophy is: Ægir beer in and too food. We build new menus and buffets on local ingredients and our own beer. The Ægir beer is also an important ingredient in marinades and sauces; the malt and hops add that extra tang to the food.
